  Montpelier Senior Guard, Lucia Bragg, scored 9 point and played tenacious defense to help the Solon get by Peoples in the first round of the 2010 playoffs, 44-39. 

U-32 Goalie, Joey Carriveau, stopped a barrage of Northfield shots helping his team down Northfield 6-3in boys hockey

Nick Harvey had 5 steals 15 Rebounds and 23 points in Twinfield's 75-61 loss to Williamstown 2/9/2010

Caleb Brabant, U-32 Senior Forward had two goals and two assists in the Raider's 12-1 thumping of Milton on 2/6/2010.

 

U-32's Senior Center, John Helme, had over 20 points and over 15 rebounds in his team's 49-47 double overtime victory against Harwood 1/29/10.

Montpelier's sensational sharp shooting Sophomore, Jessica Sweeney, drained 23 points to help her team stay close to powerful Lamoille and win her player of the game honors.  Lamoille won the game 61-51.  1/23/2010

Shawn Dowling,  MHS Senior Center,  had 26 points in Montpelier's 74-55 win over Randolph.

Emma Lamson (9 pts) Lourdes Perry (10 pts) hit some key hoops for Williamstown in their 38-33 victory over Northfield.  1/13/2010

 

Evan Tullar led Spaulding to avenge its early season loss to Colchester by scoring over 20 points in his team's 73-46 win. 1/12/2010

Jake Orr of Essex scored and had an assist in Essex's 4-2 win over the Tide of Spaulding. 1/11/2010.

 

Williamstown's Senior guard Ramon Burgos had 21 points to help the Blue Devils down Twinfield 61-54, 1/8/2010.

 

Kelsie Lee, U-32 Junior Forward, hit three 3-pointers in the second quarter to help the Raiders pull away from the Galloping Ghosts of Randolph.  She also hit a jumper late in the game to put the Raiders up  by 4  on their way to a 40-33 victory.  1/7/2010

Allison Gannon of CVU dropped in 18 point to help the Red Hawks hold on to a 47-44 win over the Spaulding Crimson Tide on 12/28/09

  

Bryanna Dupont, Sophomore Guard for Twinfield, spear-headed a tough full-court press for the Trojans making several steals and scoring 16 points in Twinfields 68-28 win over Stowe 12/21/2009.

Codie Lawson, Senior guard for the Tide, dropped 17 points in Spaulding's 65 to 64 victory over Montpelier on 12/15/09.



U-32's Zoe Myers scored two goals to help the Raiders win the Dr. Butsch Girls Hockey Tourney 2-1 over Montpelier 12/12/2009.

Avery Whitcomb, a Sophomore  point guard for Twinfield, had 10 steals against Cabot leading the Trojans  to 74-26 whacking of the Huskies on 12/10/09

Nikolas Laskaris scored two goals and got an assist in Harwood's 6-0 thumping of Peoples Academy 12/5/09

 

 

12/1/09 Kevin Carr, VTC Sophomore Guard dropped 33 in the 66-72 loss vs Johnson State.

 

Hannah Fraser, Milton's Junior sweeper helped her team hold Harwood to 1 goal in the Girls D-II Championship.  Milton won the game (4-3) on penalty kicks.  Milton won the championship in 2008 as well.

 11/4/2009 Liza Mackey scored the lone goal in Harwood's 1-0 Semi-Final win over the Montpelier Solons in the girls DII playoffs .

 

10/29/09 Trevor Cote, the Junior Goalkeeper for U-32,  had several spectacular saves and denied 4 of the 8 GMVS penalty shots to lead his team to a first round playoff win.

 

10/23/2009 Carter Austin-Bradley's long range throw-ins helped U-32 win 2-1 over Harwood and earned him the "Man of the Match" honors for this soccer match.
